Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats
1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 cup fresh cherries, pitted and roughly chopped, plus extra for serving
¼ cup mini chocolate chips, plus extra for serving
In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and honey until smooth. Mix in the oat, chia seeds and salt until fully combined. Fold in the cherries and mini chocolate chips. Divide the mixture between 2 resealable containers, such as a mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. Serve with additional cherries and chocolate on top, if desired.
